Payment Methods: We accept payments through our gateway partners such s Stripe.com or other. Specific terms may be applied by each payment provider. Here are some of the payment methods we may offer: VISA & Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, JCB, Bitcoin, Ethereum.

Subscriptions: A number of our Apps and Services are based on a subscription payment model. The subscription amount and frequency is clearly displayed on the product page as well as in the cart and checkout process. In the client dashboard a specific section will list all active subscriptions for your perusal and for each subscription a cancellation option is offered.

Refunds:

We offer a “No-Questions-Asked” 30 days refund policy for our Services that did not include customization work. We honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://classmercial.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item;

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are tested before release the ultimate responsibility for the software is with the provider, unexpected errors may occur.

Product not-as-described: To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Refund ratio: Shall a user request an unusually high percentage of refunds the management reserves the right to terminate or limit the account and would deem that our services do not match the user needs. The reason being that delivery of our services consumes a high level of resources which need to be allocated to users who find value in our services.
